Refunds & Exchanges

At Vintage Flair, each piece is thoughtfully curated or handmade with care. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of mind  
We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of delivery.  
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition  
- Packed securely in the original packaging  

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or faulty items  
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.  
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on availability.

Handmade & natural variations  
As our lampshades and textiles are handmade using traditional techniques, slight variations in colour, print placement, or texture are part of the character of the product and are not considered faults.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items
- Custom or made-to-order items  
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
